This is an ancient formula of the Tang dynasty (~ 1200 years ago), clinically studied with modern technology. It nourishes the heart, calms the spirit, resulting in good sleep with relieved-mind.*

Ingredients: Semen Zizyphi Spinosae, Semen Biotae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Fructus Schizandrae, Radix Miltiorrhizae, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Fructus Mori, Radix Polygalae, Ginseng, Poria

Direction: Once a day, 1-2 capsules each time, to be taken just before going to bed, with cool boiled water
